SCAD GROW
Identity, Print
THE CLIENT: SCAD Serve, a community service studio that brings together SCAD students, alumni, faculty, and staff to leverage sophisticated design solutions and services that improve the human condition, addressing food, shelter, clothing, and environmental needs through focused programs, volunteer efforts, and innovative ideas.
OBJECTIVE: Research, create, and outline a program in which SCAD can bring farming into urban areas and tackle the issue of food deserts.
PROJECT STATEMENT: SCAD Grow is a program that aims to push the boundaries of urban farming by instilling in children important ideas through education. The program is divided into 3 sections, starting with schools and children, and then eventually leading to broader out reach efforts involving the extended community.
MY ROLE: During this process, I was responsible for creating the microsite, and organizing all of the information in order to design and create the final proposal book.
TOOLS: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
